KOcycle certifications
KOcycle is focused on adhering to the highest of regulatory standards. Through aligning our business to leading standards, we help to mitigate risk and ensure compliance. We are fully certified in accordance with BSI Standards 9001, 14001 and 27001. We also align to the latest Data Protection Legislation GDPR, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) recommendations and the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) guidelines.
ISO 9001 is defined as the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). We use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet our customers regulatory requirements.
ISO 27001 is the international standard for information security. The standard provides a framework for implementing an ISMS, safeguarding your information assets while making the process easier to manage, measure, and improve.
We have been certified to ISO 27001 standards since 2020 and continually review our security posture by addressing people, processes and technology.
KOcycle work in strategic partnership with Blancco and exclusively utilise their technology for all data erasure requirements. We’re a recognised Silver partner. This means we have gone through extensive vetting and our team have been trained to the highest standards.
KOcycle are registered with the Environmental Agency and are a licenses waste carrier.
KOcycle hold a Registered Waste Carrier, licenced by the Environment Agency and we are Registered under Waste Exemption T11, licenced by the Environment Agency.
ISO 14001 is an internationally agreed standard that sets out the requirements for an environmental management system. We are focused on continually improving our environmental performance through more efficient use of resources, reduction of waste and clear reporting and monitoring of our impact.
Cyber Essentials is a simple but effective, government backed scheme that helps us to protect our organisation against a whole range of the most common cyber attacks. We have been cyber essentials certified since 2019.
RoSPA work tirelessly on the prevention of accidents focussing on home safety, health and safety courses, road safety and workplace health and safety. As a member, KOcycle supports
RoSPA’s mission to save lives and reduce
injuries.
