PHASE - 2
A Job reference is created on our secure online platform and client access is granted
PHASE - 3
Our SC cleared team arrive on site with ID, to undertake the service
PHASE - 4
All IT assets are collected and signed for via DocuSign. This is then held in our secure client portal
PROCESS 2. ONSITE SERVICES & TRANSIT
PHASE - 1
All IT assets are then securely driven via our tracked vehicles to our ISO certified facility in Halstead, Essex
PHASE - 2
A Job reference is created on our secure online platform and client access granted
PHASE - 3
All assets are listed into a full inventory which is available via our client platform
PHASE - 4
Data Bearing assets are held in a secure, gated area ready for data sanitisation
PROCESS 3. ITAD POST COLLECTION SERVICES
PHASE - 1
All assets are then tested at component level with AikenWorkBench
PHASE - 2
Assets of no value are recycled or broken down to component level for raw materials ensuring our 0% to landfill commitment
PHASE - 3
Assets of value once fully refurbished are ready for resale with the profits shared between both parties
PHASE - 4
A full Inventory, WEEE Report and Data Erasure / Destruction Certification available via our online portal.
